More to tempt you
I have been busy sewing, I have made two sets of wings to sell, they are rather tricky to make and time consuming. I will also have only a few of Jeanne d'arc Living magazines as well as these lovely notebook and address books for sale.
a selection of Stampington magazines, most reduced to half price plus a couple of more recent copies, these are a bargain and always sell quickly at this price
bric a brac plus an antique swivel stool, now these have got to tempt the imaginative buyer
Just over a week to go, will love to see you

More things to see.
Some of my pieces you be seeing at Guildford.
I have a great love of old suitcases.
I have revamped my green boring umbrella, using vintage lace etc etc.
Off course then I had to paint the green base too.
And a work in progress on the bunting, and lots of it too.

SUNDAY MARCH 24TH, 2013
MISS JOHNSON’S VINTAGE AND HANDMADE MARKET
is calling for an expression of interest
Guildford Heritage
Festival have approached us to become part of their festival which is being
held
on Sunday March 24th, 2013 and we are very keen to join them. An area in Stirling square would
be sectioned off
for Miss Johnson’s Vintage and Handmade market.
Their guide lines are very
strict
that all products must be vintage or
handmade using vintage. And if we wish
to join them
we must follow their wishes.
Another request is that we do not a lot of same product stalls ie
vintage clothing or jewellery. We have
photo’s of what we envisage Miss Johnson’s will look
like, you can have a lot of fun using frames of
tents, porta shades or market umbrella’s.
For those interested in joining us we will have a meeting at Stirk Park
with the organiser of
Guildford Heritage Festival, Phillipa and myself with a
demonstration on how you can decorate
your shelter. We would advise you to have some shelter as it is
extremely hot at this time of year
and although there are trees in the area we
are allocated, they do not shade the area until very late
in the day. The festival is between 10 am and 4pm which
would be about time there would not be
any shade. As you can see from the
photo’s that the look of products spilling out looks very inviting
to the
public. We would like to stand out as
uniquely different to the other craft tents in the park.
By joining Guildford Heritage Festival we
would benefit by their extensive advertising in all
media’s including radio
interviews with 6PR and others. We would
also be covered by their
Public Liability cover for the event. This would not cover you as an exhibitor for
your products etc.
We are very
excited about this opportunity and as we do not have to pay for the hire of the
hall
and advertising, the charge for being part of Miss Johnson’s would be $50,
for our part we will
be participating in
the advertising and organising and decorating the area Miss Johnson’s Vintage
and Handmade market in the style you now know from past events.
Knowing what creative girls you are, we
think you are quite capable of being part of this event.
Please contact us as soon as possible so
you don’t miss out, we will need about 20 stall holders and
we will be looking
for more after contacting you, also if
you know of anyone suitable please do
not hesitate to give them our details.
.
Can you visualize how this section of Stirk park that has been allocated
to Miss Johnson’s will look with
white bunting, floating angel wings as well as beautifully decorated tents similar to the tents above, won’t
it be exciting to be part of this.

We have a prime spot under these beautiful
trees on the corner in the background is the roundabout heading
across the bridge leading into the popular Swan Valley, very visual and we will have banners etc well
visible from these roads.

very creative people and are looking for just
a few more, so come join us, you will have

want to build on.
